Consumers tend to go through 3 stages when getting ready to purchase a product:
- Identify a need: There is a problem or desire they need to fulfill which leads them to look for a solution.
- Research: Before making a purchase, the consumer researches the best way to solve the problem at hand.
- Decision: Using their research they choose the product or service they believe will best solve the problem.
What does this have to do your website? The answer is simple…Everything.
If you don’t have an effective company website in today’s world you may not be considered to solve consumer problems because you may not even be found.
