HOW WE BROUGHT THE BRAND TO LIFE

Built Mission Valley Bank’s website in 2011, then again in 2020 where we created a fresh look and layout for the homepage, inside pages and blog. Spent dudilligent time to make the site mobile responsive on all screens.
Curated messaging to help position the bank as a premier trusted advisor.
Implemented a monthly social media plan that positioned them as an industry expert, active in the community and shared valuable information.
Optimized all online profiles with keywords and complete profiles to enhance their digital footprint.
Managed, promoted and presented at several virtual customer facing events to educate attendees on certain financial information at that time.

COPY CURATING, WEBSITE DESIGN & WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Improved the banking user experience, making sure that online banking was accessible throughout the site. We refined the messaging for the bank, sharpening the copy on the website for the customer and for search engine optimization.

EVENT MANAGEMENT AND PROMOTION

The bank hosts a Business Education Series and tapped us to help market the event. This included digital asset and event management of the entire event, creation of landing page, promotional website banner, social media graphics, mailers and emails to invite recipients, thank you emails, tools and resources page on website and video replays of each event.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

We provided graphics, videos, hashtags and copy in a monthly social media plan. The goal was to build followers, position them as an industry expert and improve their search engine rankings through blog and social media posts.
